Masterclass - T&Cs

Please note that there is a limit to the number of participants for each of our Masterclasses, so availability will be on a first come first served basis. We will have a waiting list available should demand this.

Should Participants need to cancel their booking, transfer to a future Masterclass will always be offered in the first instance. Otherwise, up to and including 14 days before the event 50% of the total fee is payable and up to and including 7 days before the event 100% of the total fee is payable.

A substitute Participant will be allowed in all cases.

Any changes to the event booking should be made via email to ga@eximiacomms.co.uk.

In exceptional circumstances, the Masterclass schedule may alter and we reserve this right. Participants will be informed of any changes at the earliest possible opportunity.

Any price promotions on Participants fees cannot be retroactively applied to bookings that have already been made.

In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, a full refund will be provided for the event fee less any booking fees incurred by The Governance Academy. No additional costs will be compensated.

The contact details that you give us when booking may be used before, after and during the event. After the event we may send you follow up emails that we think will be of interest to you.

To enable networking with fellow Participants, your name, job title and organisation may be made available to other Participants at the event. If you do not wish to have your name added to the Participant List then please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the event at ga@eximiacomms.co.uk.

Unless otherwise stated, event fees include delegate materials as appropriate and refreshments as advertised.

Please note attendance is only for those Participants who have completed the booking form and made the required payment in advance.

Photographs and/or video footage (or recordings in the case of virtual sessions) may be taken at any of The Governance Academy’s events and your image may therefore be used on our website, publications, promotional material and publicity in the future. If you do not wish for your image to be used, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the event at ga@eximiacomms.co.uk.
